Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Pomeroy dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Pomeroy address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Pomeroy, OH kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Pomeroy roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Pomeroy isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Pomeroy, OH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Pomeroy, OH so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Pomeroy property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Pomeroy call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Pomeroy jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Pomeroy dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Pomeroy teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Pomeroy units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Pomeroy homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Pomeroy properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Pomeroy job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Pomeroy job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
